Casa Santa Clara is located in the closed and secure Los Nomadas residence, located on the 1st line on Coson beach and 10 minutes from Las Terrenas center. This villa has direct access to the beach from the residence.
The villa:
Composed of 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bungalows in the lush tropical garden:
- Master bedroom with terrace: king size bed
- Two additional bedrooms: queen size bed
- Two bungalows with terrace: one with queen bed and the other with two single beds
Each room has private entrance, fan, air conditioning, quality bedding, cupboards, bathroom with soap & safe.
The spacious covered terrace will offer you great moments of sharing with its lounge area, its dining room and comfortable deckchairs with mattresses, all offering a view of the swimming pool.
Inside, a pleasant living room equipped with a connected flat screen TV and a fully equipped American kitchen with central island and bar opening onto the terrace.
Nestled in the heart of the tropical garden, a beautiful swimming pool and a solarium will invite you to relax and allow you to perfect your tan.
Also in the garden, a (charcoal) plancha is at your disposal to enjoy delicious dishes.
Covered parking for 1 vehicle + 1 quad/scooter as well as an uncovered parking space.
Additional Information:
Minimum stay 3 nights
Wifi/Fiber optic throughout the property
Air conditioning is not included in the price and will be payable on the day of departure
Towels and sheets are changed every 3 days.
Cleaning fee per stay: USD 120 (daily cleaning service)
